Up up and away! Set a goal and stick with it. If early in the morning is your best time of the day then set aside an hour and lift & cardio it up! You can reach a healthier goal.. Don't just give up because it easier to do so. Take a chance and dedicate yourself to a healthier you.

it's all about patience.
Hello,
Results do not happen overnight. Don't expect crazy amounts of muscle in one week or even one month. You can starve yourself and lose weight in one month but what good does that do if your bond to gain it right back plus interest! Hard work equals amazing results. Eat right ..put in the gym time and you will see slow progress BUT your results will not go away as fast. your body keeps burning fat if you introduce it to a cardio or weight training routine. A magic pill does not exist...a real commitment does. Live Healthy! :)

Build a routine.. Stick with it. Don't give up. Say no to fast food.. Junk.. And yes to a new you! :)

Chicken soup
Hello!
The holidays are here !
Make a simple healthy soup for your family!
There is nothing better than a healthy chicken soup to end your busy long day!
boil chicken in a pot... Shred the chicken. Add carrots , squash, potatoes and a
Half cup of lentils! :) I try to keep it clean so I don't add any spice to it . You can add any flavor you desire !
