Up up and away! Set a goal and stick with it. If early in the morning is your best time of the day then set aside an hour and lift & cardio it up! You can reach a healthier goal.. Don't just give up because it easier to do so. Take a chance and dedicate yourself to a healthier you.
rise above the everyday norm! You can do this :)
Breakfast is a must .. Wheat toast , 3 egg whites and fresh orange juice :)
