Like everyone else I've taken a few weeks off from posting on my blog. BUT I haven't stopped my everyday routine and neither should you. A simple routine should stick with you and you should be able to work it into your everyday life. During stressful times its the best remedy!

Always a good meal.

Keeping things simple and tasty! Try grilling a chicken breast and add a small side salad to your meal. green apples and strawberries make anything taste sweet and yummy. Go on .. Just try it :) you will love it!

I added a tablespoon of my favorite dressing ..it just makes it all

Wheat pasta chicken salad

Hello,

For Those days when you need to fuel
For a nice cardio workout or just a nice treat for dinner.. Have a small bowl of wheat pasta! it's so good you will love it!

2 cups of wheat pasta- boil
Mix in shredded chicken, cut up spring mix, 1/2 can of sweet corn. Serve warm or cold.

Rotisserie chicken

Hi!!

Who's hungry?! I am... And I love making my own rotisserie chicken because its easy and so
Yummy!
You can find them at Walmart or at your local farmers market!
Season with your own herbs and preheat the oven at 350... Always cook with the breast down.. This makes the meat more juicy! It usually takes up to 2 hours in the oven
... I like to cover the top with foil towards the last 20 Min of oven time:) this makes it a bit more juicy!

Yes we all know clothes are hard to find if your battling with weight loss.. Or even if you gained muscle and now your previous pieces fit tighter. The way to approach this situation is to clear your mind of societies skinny image. If your a bit overweight and your putting in the work to Become a healthier individual then embrace your body throughout your journey. Dont Expect to lose tons of weight overnight.
Those that do .. Gain it back plus interest. believe me ... When you work out constantly and you do lose weight it will stay off! your body will burn it as you go on from day to day.
A size is not a realistic goal. As far as I could think back I was always a certain size and a certain weight. Now as I lift I make my clothes fit me. My clothes fit my new arms .. My new legs.. My new figure. Change the way you think about clothes and believe me it will
Set you free. Put in the time... Workout... Eat clean... Your body will
Respond and your clothes will fit you just as great as you feel.

Let's begin by assessing the way you eat. If you have always eaten bad then it's never too late to start today. many people think that working out is all it takes to be healthy... Well that's NOT TRUE. You have to eat healthy as well. Your body needs clean fuel to produce results .. Especially the results you want. You can't expect great results on an hour of gym time and a greasy meal afterwards. Everyone wants results.. But it will take time and commitment.
