Don't fit into the clothes.. Make clothes fit your body.

Hello everyone,

Yes we all know clothes are hard to find if your battling with weight loss.. Or even if you gained muscle and now your previous pieces fit tighter. The way to approach this situation is to clear your mind of societies skinny image. If your a bit overweight and your putting in the work to Become a healthier individual then embrace your body throughout your journey. Dont Expect to lose tons of weight overnight.
Those that do .. Gain it back plus interest. believe me ... When you work out constantly and you do lose weight it will stay off! your body will burn it as you go on from day to day.
A size is not a realistic goal. As far as I could think back I was always a certain size and a certain weight. Now as I lift I make my clothes fit me. My clothes fit my new arms .. My new legs.. My new figure. Change the way you think about clothes and believe me it will
Set you free. Put in the time... Workout... Eat clean... Your body will
Respond and your clothes will fit you just as great as you feel.
