Control Holiday pounds!

Hello,

The holidays are sneaking up on us and we all know what that means... Tons of food... Food ... And more food!! Is this good ? Is this bad? Does it matter?

Well... I can agree with both. Let me just say that our minds control what we eat! Yes.. It's mental. So if you plan on eating a huge holiday meal well that's ok... As long as you know when to stop and when to not ask for 2 or 3 more servings just because your grazing!

We have all blamed the holidays for our extra weight gain....And we should! that pie didnt taste so good because it was made out of fiber and oats people! we all know that the bad stuff taste ssooo good!

This is when you should take into consideration a little thing called "portion control!"  If your going to eat a huge meal than work for it. Dont treat everyday likes it the LAST SUPPER...ok so lets see where people go wrong? hmmmm ...yup i know! Its called a little bit of self control. By controling your appetite you can control the amount of weight you gain.  how???? well take for instance a simple week....start on a monday and challenge yourself to eat 3 clean meals throughout your day and drink plenty of water. Do this everyday and you will achieve a new love for healthy eating. SO when the holidays come around you can say no to when your already full! Its not about stuffing your face with food....its about enjoying the holiday meals and knowing when to stop. Many of us say..oh ill just start after the holidays but why not before? too hard? imgine how much you can conquer in the months leading up to the holidays :)

dont think i wont be eating at my families holidays meals...i will...the only difference is i will know my limit.  your body is your temple ... dont fill it up with too much junk....keep it clean :) it is possible !
