Good healthy eating is a part of every fitness plan. I don't believe in the word "diet" that to me doesn't exist. The minute we feel we're on a diet we worry too much about "how much we've lost" or "if my pants fit good"
DO NOT set yourself up for future failure! Think of your journey as a lifestyle. Just live!!! Eat good everyday & workout 3 times a week if you can. Don't aim for a size zero! Just maintain a healthy habit by eating more veggies and drinking more water. Healthy comes in ALL shapes and sizes. YOU
Know if your eating right or not. Make
the commitment to a healthier lifestyle... That's my mentality. Enjoy your life without the negativity the word diet brings you.
If you plan on parting with some Lb's then just eat healthy.. And work out ..cardio is amazing:)
