Cook your meals!!

Hello everyone,

One of the best ways to ease your way into a healthier meal planning is to cook your own meals. Plan ahead! If you make it a point to pack your lunch you will be less tempted to go to a drive thru. If your barely easing into this whole process then start by packing your lunch just two days out of the week. Plus this will save you tons of money! We all need a little extra during the holidays so it will definitely save you some green! By packing your lunch during the week you will enjoy your cheat meal a lot more by the weekend. The truth is you don't have to completely change your life .. Just adapt slowly and before you know it ... You will be packing your lunch everyday. Save money and gain a healthier routine. Sounds like a sweet deal to me!

Grilled chicken .. Use mrs. Dash.
Garden mix (available at walmart)Add sliced green apples..sun dried cherries..blueberry granola clusters. Optional- top with raspberry merlot dressing for an extra kick.
