We've all had those moments when were craving something sweet or crunchy? Well I have the perfect little snack for you! When choosing your mid-day snack make sure to always have fruits on hand! I personally always have strawberries & granola in my kitchen. You can also use green apples and they serve as sweet sandwich patties! make sure to try new things and eat what is clean and good for you. Obsessing about your weight is not going to help you ... But eating healthy meals as well as snacks makes you look at your fitness journey in a whole new light. We need to feed our bodies and as doing so we need to feel good about it.
