Do it for you!!!!

Hello everyone!

Why work out? Why sweat? Why join a gym? Why workout at home? Well we all know why..... Because its healthy and you know it will pay off in the end. Personal goals are amazing! How many times do we say " Im
Happy with myself" but inside your
Just Lying to yourself. No one is perfect.... The word perfect is not in my vocabulary! BUT the word "healthy" is!! You know exactly what it takes to feel good about yourself. You know that when your active your self esteem boosts by 100! Why put people down that workout? Why be negative when others want to loose 10 pounds for themselves! If you don't want to ... It's ok to look away.. BUT if you want to start its never too late! Make it a goal to be active with your children... Make it a goal to walk around the park... Your yard... Your block. No one says the only way to work out is at a gym. There are plenty of places to do it. The feeling of a healthy lifestyle is priceless. If I've reached out to you ... And made you a bit more active .. Then I'm honored to have done so:)

Your goals doesn't have to be those
Of a fitness model's....But
Of a healthier woman or man. With time you will notice the difference and you will motivate others in your family as well to do the same.
Take this time to really think about the decisions you have made. Don't blame your busy lifestyle as a way to hide from eating healthy. If you don't have time to work out .. You have to time to at least eat healthier. If you buy your own groceries ... You know your in control of what you eat. You have what it takes.... You know what it takes... Make the commitment ... You will love the results:)

  1. Preach it!! This is true!! I always say "you are your only problem and your only solution" so if you are not happy with yourself do something about it!
