A cardio kind of day

Hello everyone! Having a great cardio session is important... For example .. I find it fitting that after a week long recovery or even a week long vacation .. Cardio cardio cardio is a great way to get started. Whether you run,walk, spin anything that makes you sweat is a plus. I myself had to cardio it up .. I did 30 minutes on the stepper and Then another 30 min on the elliptical .. Why? Because I wanted to feel alive. The feeling I get from the sweat dripping own my spine makes it all worth it. Getting a great cardio workout is really up to you... YOU have the right to choose your own path... Why not make it fun! Pump up some music and get sweating people!
