You are what you eat???
Hello everyone! Yes i said it "you are what you eat!" No food in your body all day...just water..maybe a cracker .....makes you a "skinny" weightless individual that conforms to "society skinny" its true..lets admit it. THIN IS NOT ALWAYS IN PEOPLE! so by bringing this subject up..what makes a girl or boy turn to a NO FOOD kind of diet? well for starters ..social exceptance can make people do some crazy things. We take things out on ourselves for the damge we are trying to repair in our own lives. A no food diet is self destructive and leads to death. your worth more..you derserve to live and not to conform. you are what you eat and if you DONT eat..you are nothing..sad to say but its true.
lets take the sugar chompin over eaters...okay so you do eat..and it shows. you are what you eat. A huge mcdonalds meal with a side of fries...and thats ok if it were in moderation..but some eat just to eat. depression can lead many to open the fridge late at night or even sneak food. WHY? well i believe its a mental issue as well. Take control of yourselves and start today.
what im trying to get at everyone is that food is our friend...take it for what it is. Its fuel and it gives us the right nutrients to live a healthier and more productive life:) i have always believed that everything is mental..its true..its all mental. If i say to myself "im sick ..im sick..im sick" well then i will become ill and sick! our mind "F****" with us all the time.
Eat clean..and the results will surprise you. your attitude will change and your sex life may even get better! Self confidence is important and it shows when you feel great! so give it a whirl!
Think HEALTHY LIFESTYLE and you will LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE. Ive learned to control the way i think and be positive no matter the situation. im not saying that you have to be a size zero! goodness no...im just saying you owe it to yourself to feel better in your own skin. do it for your kids ..do it for you.
