Sunday breakfast
Breakfast is exactly what you need to get your day going. It's very true if you eat breakfast you will end up being thinner than those who don't. I've applied this into my lifestyle and I don't skip breakfast! I'm a happier person because of it :)
Multigrain pancake, grapes, egg white omelet with fresh cilantro, tomato & onion. BOOM! That's it .. Clean clean clean :) live life .. Live healthy!
