yo-yo diet?





what keeps everyone from a succesful fit lifestyle? Many would agree stress,work,marriage, children and the endless decay of fast food restaurants have alot to do with it.  YO-YO diets are hard to break. We have al been there..done that. BUT what changes the game? I believe a good schedule and plan motivates the willing to achieve a healthy norm. Plan ahead....visit the market and shop smart & clean.


Ill be visiting the grocery store tomorrow and ill post exactly what i get.  Motivate yourself to discard the yo-yo mentality and embrace the everyday "healthy norm"     good night to all ;)
