Ssooo good! Who said you can't have a Biggo chicken burger??
I wanted to eat a burger minus the guilty feeling ... So.. I put this little baby together! It's so good! I hope you all like it ! Yum!
Grilled chicken breast
Add some pepper to the chicken and place some green onions on top!
Once your chicken is cooked .. Pour a tablespoon of your fave BBQ Sauce.. In this case I used a low fat low sodium BBQ sauce :) Let it simmer really good!
Next grill the portobello mushrooms. With some olive oil and let them warm up a bit .. Don't leave them
In their to long .
Here comes the fun part!!
Make a burger! Add tomato and even avocado if you would like ..
I grilled asparagus on the side for my "French fry effect" lol an some brown rice :)
