Back & Chest workout :)

Hello everyone! Today I managed to start off with my daily routine and actually be successful at it. Stretched out for 10 min .. And decided to do some weight bench exercises as well as free weight back routines. I incorporate Of Pilates in my routines .. Especially after such a hectic week last week. Being able to pick my own body weight up is a must for me.
I feel it rather empowering being able to work out my chest & back while
Doing Pull ups. Being able to know your body is important. I know that by picking my own body up I've already mastered a great workout. A strong core is very important and this is generally where we get our strength from:) master your body weight .. Conquer your routine!
