For starters... I'm not a professional chef BUT I know food! I've learned to appreciate it for what it does
To my body. A strong core is made in the kitchen ..
Grilled chicken with pepper, Sautee. Red peppers and squeeze lemon in the chicken for flavor!
In a small pot.. Boil water.. Add mushrooms..green onion..chicken...carrots...baby sprouts & add squeeze lemon for flavor. I also added some noodles I got at the Chinese dept at my local grocery store. I need to try these bad boys out.
Remember to eat CLEAN.. Add lemon
... Anything natural that will spice your lunch up.. You don't have to have organic everything but trying new things will do your body good.
